About Sharon

Hi, I’m Sharon, of the Sharon and Lesleigh “DUO”.

I am deeply passionate about cooking, traveling, gardening, history, writing, and above all…EATING!! I
am such a foodie nerd, everywhere we travel I love taking food tours and truly learning the history and
culture of the world through the local food, one bite at a time. We have traveled the globe and believe
me; the travel is in the details!

I live in Houston with my sweetie pie and I am the mother of 5 amazing kids and grandmommy to 11
grandbabies!

Lesleigh (one of the five) and I share a lot of the same interests of sewing, cooking, planning big and
small events, traveling, and writing. Just being creative and having a great time as a family. Together we
chose to share all the fun things we love and start blogging. I hope our experiences will help you get
creative in the kitchen, travel smarter, get the most out of your vacations, and make you laugh a little
too! Come and enjoy our journey as we blog our fun, triumphs and fails, laughing, blogging, and vlogging
all the way!

About Lesleigh

Hi, y’all! I’m Lesleigh!

I live in Utah with my husband and two crazy and rambunctious redheaded boys! Like my mom said, I
enjoy sewing, cooking, and planning events. I have fun crafting with my boys and watching them get
excited when we are cooking up fun in the kitchen.

I want to give my boys a little bit of my childhood of creating in the kitchen with my mom and grandmommy. We enjoy trying new things and helping each other when things don’t turn out as planned (which for me happens more than I care to admit). What one doesn’t think of the other surely will. It’s fun to step out of our comfort zones to find what works and what doesn’t.

Gotta risk it to get the biscuit!
